So much fun and great food! Kitajima was very friendly and always made sure we were engaged and informed on the history of the beef we ate. The amount of care that is put into this was on full display and we felt welcomed from when we first entered to when we left will full belly’s. Would recommend this to anyone who wants the full experience of learning where Kobe beef comes from and then tasting what makes it so famous!
